thanks but ive found these dont show a real person so dont make it seem like a real goal body.

Instead i love looking at people on here with simular stats to my own, i would certinaly suggest trying it. Theres a "5'7 and last 10lbs to lose" thread with most people 125-145lbs, its a great way for me to compare myself to others and see what can be achieved.
I don't like that site because after after about 125lbs at my height the model doesn't get any skinnier. So I can't use it.
Ehh..  I think the surprise of not knowing what I'll look like is even more motivation for me to hurry up and get there.

 Agreed. I've tried building these several times, but I can't relate myself to the 3-D model, so it just doesn't work for me. I think it's great when it inspires others, but trying to find people at my goal weight/height helps me more.
