Want some friends!

Ok, maybe I am dim, but how does a girl get some friends?  I have a friends list and friends finder, but don't know how to get some.

hey you need to create a profile, then other users can add you,  u can also click on peoples names in the message boards and you can click a button "add to friends"  so you can add people that way.   but yah, make a profile.

I can always use more friends...

I am looking for friends too but haven't got any yet so I am willing add you to my list and we can be friend buddy lists if you want. You can add a profile so people can get to know you better.
