Why do you want to gain weight?

Quote  |  Reply

Seriously though, what are the reasons behind why you want to gain.  This is supposed to be a somewhat "motivational post".  So a simple answer like "my parents/doctor are making me.

I want to gain because I want to be and feel healthy again.

I want to gain because I want to look healthy

I want to gain because I want musclular build again

I want to be able to eat out again without worrying and enjoy myself with friends and family...

I want to gain because I don't want to be cold in a room slightly below room temp...

So what motivates you to want to gain?

Wow- I signed in today to ask whether I had signed up to the right group; all the newsletters I get seem to be for people trying to LOSE weight and I started wondering.

I am trying to gain weight coz I look better when I have some flesh on me and my jeans fit better too.

I have made some progress in that respect, gained 6 kilos in the one month after I joined this group. Since I couldn't see any info on what to do to gain weight, I just read the advice given to those trying to lose and then did the OPPOSITE of it. Working so far! Cool

I just want my boobs and butt back!Tongue out
