I want a higher, bubblier butt!

Does anyone know any ways to get a more bubbly booty? My butts kind of flat and I want it to be not only more lifted (so it doesn't merge with my thighs so much) but I also want it big, bubbly, and juicy! Any ideas? Right now I'm doing my Core Secrets Bun Battle workout video but I want to see what you guys think.

Try using a stair stepper or walking on a treadmill with it elevated.  I think those should help out.  :)  Happy exercising!

Squat like there's no tomorrow!   Or use that machine that has you press in with your thighs.  That seems to get the bootymeat tingling.
I can't do anything on a machine cuz I can't join a gym :( squats really are the ones that give you a good booty? I also heard holding heavy weights while doing them will make that muscles bigger, and in term make your booty bigger :)

Deadlifts - both and single legged 15 reps per exercise (I do 15 full then 15 isometric) three times a day for 10 days will give you plastic surgery results (each time you do the exercises it's about 10 minutes - it's not so hard that way to break it up throughout the day).

I use dumbells, 10#'s each.

It REALLY, REALLY worked!

PS:  Squats and plies help to tone the area around so that you don't look sloppy with a killer booty . . .

deadlifts are a core exercise.  Basically it works all the main muscle groups.  You start with a bar on the ground, then lift it as you straighten up.  The part of deadlifts that will help your butt is the same idea as squats.  I would recommend squats if you can't join a gym.  Adding weights will help.  Also, if you dont have a stair climber, try climbing real stairs.
If you want a good way to do a "squat" and some help keeping your form, try taking a stability ball against the wall in the small of your back and roll it down till you are in a seated position and then roll it back up...do like three sets of twelve repetitions... :)  GOOD LUCK!

I started a topic called "I'm a guy and I want a bigger butt." I've linked it below. I did them for the first time yesterday and it was the best ass workout I've ever done. Try it right now. Stand up so that your chair is about 2 feet behind you. Place one leg on the chair behind you with your heel up. You should be standing on one leg with the other rested behind you on the chair. Now squat down. Imagine that you're trying to touch your knee to the ground with the elevated leg.

Oh yea I've done those before! Those are really good... I'll start them again if thet really give you a big booty ^_^
