Depends on your definition of low calorie, but unprocessed chicken and fish have about 100 calories a serving, roughly 20g of protein, and no carbs.
Whole wheat bread (Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat has 4g protein per 50 cal slice), fat free cheese slices (5g protein per 30 cal slice), fat free cottage cheese (12g protein per 80 cal serving of 1/2 cup cooked), spinach (5g protein per 40 cal serving of 1 cup), tofu (varies upon brand - usually about 10g protein per 100 cal), tuna (42g protein per 190 cal a can).

I also like to add whey protein powder to fruit smoothies. The brand I buy, 100% ON Whey, has 23g protein per 110 calorie scoop. It adds lots of protein and either a delicious vanilla or chocolatey flavor!

There are cereals with added protein. My personal favorite is Special K Protein Plus. It has 10g protein for 100 cal at a 3/4 cup serving. It has lots of vitamins, 5g fiber, and it's very tasty. The first ingredient is oat bran, so it's no artificial waste dump. :)
edamame, the se steamease bags  i got yesterday are 100 cals each, 7 grams of protein, and have 3 grams of fiber. they are so good. im eating a bag right now.
