I want to log what i ate yesterday
I didn't get around to logging my foods in for yesterday. I very surprised that I don't see a way of doing this.
How can i do this? If I can't, does the "calorie coach" think i ate nothing or assume I ate what i was suppose to? Should i put what I ate yeterday and what I will eat today together?
Near the bottom of your log page you will see a box where you can pick the date range...it is usually set for today. Just below the "today" selection, click the other little circle to let you pick a beginning and ending date range. Set both dates for yesterday, and click on "display report". Then when you show your log it will be for yesterday, and you can make the entries you need. When you get yesterday done, set it back to "today".
