Want to loose final 10 or so pounds before New Years?
i'm strong willed and motivated. i want someone similar to get through the seven weeks to the new year. i have my last 11lbs to loose and i want to do this with someone else. It keeps it challenging and dare i say fun if im racing with someone else towards that finish line.
the problem i have is if people i'm working with give up it gets me down too, i tried a short term challenge on CC and a lot of people on it gave up before the challenge was over, i didnt and i need someone who wont either.
someone to keep in touch on a day to day basis would be great. Let me know if your up for it.

I am not so good about being on the computer too much during the weekend - but I will check in at least once a day, but during the week I am on all the time!

waelkd, i used to be into muay thai too, i was in the fittest shape ever then, that was 6 years ago. you must be wicked if your fighting. i love it but cant find anywhere decent to train locally.
i'm officially starting tomorrow. i'll weight myself then eat well and basically get on with it!

Well I hate to say it but I am at 142 this morning! Dang - I know it is only a half pound but I seriously let that affect my whole day. I know that is stupid - right!?!? I usually get up and take my son with me for a morning jog, however I am just starting to feel better as I have had strep throat, I think I might not push myself to run today - maybe go for walk or something, but seriously I need to get as much rest as I can as I have been going hard for weeks now. I don't know the day is young - I always say I am going to take a day off and then just cant do it in the end, but really I should let my body get well before I keep pushing.
I hope everyone has a good Saturday! I think we will get to 75 today so it should be nice outside.
i weighted half a pound more too this morning so have 12 to loose, i've a got a few exams next week so for the next two weeks i wont get any exercise in so i'll concerntrate on the eating side of things. after the 22nd Nov i plan to exercise a lot up right up till new years
grrr...the power went out at my gym so i can't exercise today :( i have to be somewhere in an hour for class and that will take up the rest of the day. sadness! i guess i'll just have to pray the power's on tomorrow. hope all is well with you!

wow, that's kinda harsh...but true, it is a sorry excuse. luckily the power came on just in time to get in a good 30 min run before my classes (i should explain i live in a sort of dorm situation in egypt, where the gym is actually in the same building) anyways today was a great day because i went for a run at a sporting club for a good hour, felt amazing afterwards. i haven't weighed myself in a while, but i haven't been cheating on the eating either...hopefully it's going well...
vanillivi-26 best of luck on the tests. i know you may not have the time, but even if you can go for a 20 min jog or something it helps so much with the studying. during finals i use gym time as break time. best of luck everyone!

ps. well done for going out for that run :) whats it like in egypt weather wise? im in the UK and its freezing. i cant imagine jogging out there! will have to find some other form of exercise. ill be back to playing 5 hours of badminton a week soon so that should make some difference i guess.

ps. styding is going well, i had two qustion based days, where we do exam questions under exam conditions wihout an books etc and i've been scoring an averge of 80%. i need 50% to pass both exams so fingers crossed i should get by. ust need to keep practising.
