I want to lose enough weight so that . . *fill in the blank*
thought this would be kind of fun, and a different way of looking at things than just a number on a scale. so, fill in your own phrase - here is mine:
i want to lose enough weight so that when i sit down i don't have a roll (or two) of chub between my chest and lap.
to feel confident in my bikini ..and to get to the point where people are like "wow you are toned, what do you do?"
so that when i zip up my favorite pair of jeans I don't have a muffin top!
So when I hang out with my friends I won't feel like the "fat" friend!
I want to lose enough weight so that: 1) I am a healthy BMI (already met); 2) my belly fat doesn't stick out/hang over my pants when I stand and am not keeping a tight core; 3) I can finally feel comfortable in a two piece.
I'm close to 2 and 3....still got that dang pad of fat! grr
I want to lose enough weight to love what I see in the mirror...
I want to lose enough weight so that I can stop being dependant on insulin.

I'm coming from a slightly higher number on the scale than I think most people here have or will ever experience, so:
- I want to lose enough weight so that I don't get out of breath when climbing stairs or going up a slope, or even when just walking, for goodness' sake.
- I want to lose enough weight that I can buy stuff in more than just one shop, and I can buy things because they're pretty and not be focusing totally on wondering if they are going to be too tight.
- I want to lose enough weight to eliminate my back pain once and for all. No one as young as me should be in this much pain every day.
- I want to lose enough weight to make my belly smaller than my breasts and flat when I lie down.
- I want to lose enough weight that I won't be embarrassed to see my family and old school friends again, whenever that happens.
I can wear my wedding ring again.
To break the cycle of obesity in my family.
I want to lose enough weight so that...
I can go to Disney World in a tank tops and shorts and not worry about looking chubby
I can wear skinny jeans without the horrible muffin tops
I'll break the family cycle of "accepting" obesity because its "in our genes".

I want to lose enough weight so that I can fit into any of the clothes I own without pushing things aside because I know they'll be too tight "today."

I want to lose enough weight to catch the eyes of the guys I find attractive.
There are many reasons, most of which have already been mentioned......thinking.....chosing just 2.
