So seriously I will join you on your quest because I need to this urgently and this needs to happen by June 2009.  But I want to do it the healthy, strong, muscular way---Im planning on going to the army after school.

You girls really don't need to lose any weight. 110 lbs is way too small for anyone to be unless your like 12. What I would focus on is toning and gaining more muscle. Because muscle weighs more than fat, your going to gain a little weight when you look at the scale, but really it won't look bad at all. Also, since your thinking about joining the army, they would not want a little 110 lb girl, so don't try to lose weight.

From What I know in the Israeli defense force----I want to be a fighter and they don't take below 50 KG which is below 110 pounds into a fighter division.  So I think Im going to lose 5 pounds AND then continue with the muscle so fat I lose only a pound and barely that.  I eat 1,600 calories a day with 30-45 minutes excercise everyday.

crunches are pointless. they do nothing for you. you will not lose weight. combine a whole body workout with an appropriate caloric deficit and then you will lose weight.

Wow, you young girls really have a disfigured look on a healthy weight.   it is rediculous to think that under 110 is beautiful.  you start to look emmaciated and unhealthy.  you girls should concentrate less on losing weight and more on living healthy.  and there is a big difference between the two!!!
