if you want to lose weight, how much? what is your time period?
I want to lose 14 or so more pounds before the end of December.
(I secretly want to lose it before my 15th birthday in November, but that's probably too soon.)
I'd love to lose 6-7 kilos (13-15 pounds) before september 28th...
realisticly I know it's impossible but I want to look my prettiest for my 1 year anniversary and summer! ![]()

I would love to lose 20 lbs ...i think it'd be really great if i got there around christmas...it would be a nice present for myself..

then my bmi'd be around 23 and that'd be a very ideal weight.
But Jesus I didn't realize how many pounds I gained over the summer... 3-4 pounds.. I cant tell really, but daaamn...
this one time I weighed myself a bit after eating and it shot up 10 pounds and I was just panicking o___o' though I do know that you're supposed to wait 2-3 hours after eating but still :P
I'm hoping before summer of next year :)
38 lbs (I'm starting at around 160) and this website calculated it so I would get there by May but I wouldn't mind getting their sooner. I'd like to reach my goal weight before my 17th birthday
i want to lose 38.5 pounds, to be exact. i'm projected by december 19, and i wouldn't minddd that... but the sooner the better.
I want to lose 60-65 pounds (which will make me about 125-120) and as long as I lose it by March 31 of next year I'll be happy.
Initially I wanted to go from 165 to 140, and for my height of 5'7 that seemed healthy. I did calorie count religiously for a couple months, then stopped when i reached 148, and a size 6 pant size.
I'm hovering around 150 now, and want to lose those last ten pounds. I'm also about to go off to university, and am hoping that the freshman 15 doesnt put me back where I was!
mm. I weigh 150 now and I'd like to be at 116 by February 1. I've got a long way to go, but I think I can do it. =]
I'd like to lose about another 3kg (approx 6lbs) but the end of October. I hope that's achievable. :)
My weight has been fluctuating between 54 and 56 kg for 2 years, but, recently, I'm gaining fat on my face and neck for some reasons, while I'm not gaining weight or fat on other parts of my body. Despite not gaining weight, my leg muscle training is still going well. I started increasing 5 kgs every week in jul. Let say I began at 20 kg for my leg extension, and now I am working on 55 kg for it.
I really want to know the reasons why fat is hovering around my neck and face now. I was once 50 kg and have a body fat % of 8. I could see all my veins at that time. So I want to lose those fat I've gained and get at least 2 kg of muscle. That's 3 kg to lose.

I've already lost 5 pounds over the summer, from 133 to 128. My goal is 112, which is the perfect medium for my BMI.
