if you want to lose weight, how much? what is your time period?
28.5 pounds to go until my goal weight. Seems like a lot when i hear it but I'm already down from 245 to 178.5(im 5'11) so I know i can do it :D. I'd like to be there by the end of december but I'm thinking that the end of january is a bit more realistic for me.
I'm 125, and want to get to 110-ish. (sounds really light, but I'm 5'1 and haven't grown an inch since 5th grade.) I just want to lose it by the end of the school year, so I should definitely be able to make it. ![]()
id love to lose at least 20 pounds! every day i have to suck in my gut to hide what i can, but id love to just walk around normally, being normal, and finally fit into a good pair of skinny jeans!
sometime before christmas or the new year. i know itll be hard, but i think i can do it :D
I'm 127 at my last check, i'm 5'5 tall, and I want to lose 30 pounds, eventually more, as soon as possible :]

so ive lost 12 lbs. i want to reach <110 by december. i say this number because at that weight my thighs will be at or around 17in, which is my real goal.

I'm 19, height is 5'5 and I weight 114. I wanna loose 5 pounds. easily 1-2 weeks i should be able to do this. It's just the matter of keeping it off now..

i want to lose enough to look and feel good but to put a number on it i'd say about 20lb....maybe another 10 after the 20 :) it's goign to be hard to lose wieght with the lifestyle of my family and the holidays coming up but i do have the support of them sooo im good :)
I started out at 175 and 5'8. I am now a healthy(er) weight of 160. i want to get down to 155. I am an athlete and my BMI is actually around 123-124. BMI says healthy but I want to give myself a good xmas present; 5 more pounds! I'd like to lose the weight by early 2010. I look alot better than i used to and by losing 15 lbs, i feel alot better about myself. All I had to do is change my caloric intake to 1800 cals a day and exercise 7 days a week (i'm a soccer and basketball player FYI). I dropped that weight within 3 months of trying. If I could do it, so can you. You go girls!!!

Hey again... My advice to anyone who wants to lose weight is to exercise for 1-2 hours daily, eat around 1800 calories and don't weigh yourself daily ladies! Yes, I know it's tempting but don't do it. At different times, especially around your menstrual periods, you will retain water and fluids, causing you to weigh more then your actual weight. And try not to rely on the scale to tell you if you look good or not. Don't compare yourself to other people (tempting). There will always be skinnier people (and bigger) and you need to realize your image as an individual. Also, take into account that you may be taller, more athletic or broad shouldered than the "normal" girls. Don't compare. It'll cut your self esteem to a minimum. Good luck ladies! I wanna lose 15-20 pounds before 2010. I'm 5'3 and weigh 142 and I'm trying to get down to atleast 128.
