I want to lose just 5 more pounds...

I wassss once 153 pounds.. i now weigh 126 and i am 5'3 in a half. my goal has always been 120. with a flatter stomach.

now- i eat as healthy as i can..with the least amount of calories per meal..but more often thru the day to keep my metabolism high. i would LOVE a membership at the gym but i just cant afford it right now.

i do 100+ crunches daily..i sometimes dance for 30 min (i know may sound weirdd but burns alot of cals) and some leg exercises.

i really want to lose just 5 more pounds but it seems like i stay around 125-128. any tips?

Hey Meggypoo628

Me and you are in the same boat.  I am 5'3" I weigh about 135lbs. Last Friday I was at 131lbs.  8(....   just need to lose the last few.  I want to be down to 128....   Do lots of cardio. Run...  Bike....  If you can get some water bottles and use then as weight.  Cheap and easy.  That is what I like...lol...

I have 10 pound weights.. i use those often. i hate this about myself-- but im the type of person that wouldnt want to go running in my neighborhood alone- not that its like bad out there.. just if i had that someone with me i think it would be more motivation.. or somewhere not everyone i know can see me running by i gues..
It took me from about...april til currently to lose the weight.. like...then it was comming off and i didnt notice..til i had a doctors apt in may and i was at 137 i think. and i was surprised..then i had a follow up like a few weeks later and was at 129. so its been steady around 125-128 ish and ireally wanna lose those last few pounds/.

I FEEL your pain.  At my highest weight I was 184 and I am only 5'3.  Over several years I have slowly peeled off this weight and I am now sitting at 136.  But over the last year or so I really have just see-sawed up 5 pounds and down a few from here.  Most recently I could not get past the 138-141 mark and it was driving me crazy.  It is just something psychological about seeing the 140 mark that just unnerves me and I am vowing today that I will never see it again....barring becoming pregnant or anything else like that.  I am on the 5 factor diet and also logging my calories everyday.  For the past week and a half I have been very aware of the amount of food and calories I have been putting in my mouth, and I am finally achieving some modicum of success.  In the past 6 months or so I have also added more muscle on my frame which has kept my weight higher and also kept my metabolism racing so I want to eat all the time.  I guess that is a good sign.  I would suggest perhaps trying a week of staying at the top end of your suggested calories for the day and continuing to exercise with cardio and weights.  I belong to the gym, but when I don't feel like going I just use my 1L water bottles filled as hand weights.  Granted, it is not the same amount of weight as I would normally use, but it is really all in the technique.  Squeeze your muscles the whole time...with every exercise, and you will see results.  Good luck!
It seems you are on the right track, you are doing great and don't give up!Laughing Also, remember that since you are exercising every day you are building up mucle, which weighs more than fat. A good cardio workout a few times a week is a great way to help reduce the amount of fat in your body, run, bike, or dance, do whatever you enjoy for 40 minutes 3 times a week. Stay motivated! It may take a while to burn off, but that means it will stay off!
