why do you REALLY want to lose weight [be honest]
I want to lose weight so i can date more often and not feel so insecure and buy fashionable clothes at fashionable stores without worring if that size would fit me...ugh ..and to not be the biggest girl in the room anymore :/ that would be nice... I mean i get hit on and stuff but not from guys i feel i should have lol if that makes any sense.... but be honest ;x oh yeah and i want to be able to wake up at 6 am and run 2 miles [none stop atleast] ...
One of the reasons why I want to lose weight is to be small. I'm already quite short, and with all this weight I look squat and doughey. One of my best friends is tall and slim, and my other bestie is naturally tiny. I'm afraid of touching her sometimes.. She seems so fragile.
I don't want to be fragile, but I'd love to be slim and pixie-like. I love being carried and smaller girls seem to have guys falling over themselves to help and protect. :P
1. I want to be healthy -- my mom struggled with weight for most of her life, she has recently been successful at losing a healthy amount, but suffers from high blood pressure and cholesterol issues
2. I want to feel confident and comfortable in my own skin no matter what I'm wearing (or not wearing
lol)
3. I want to look smokin' hot when I go on my first vacation with a boyfriend ever this coming spring! (Somewhere warm and all inclusive
)
4. I want to fit back into my skinny jeans
5. I want to reach my goal weight so I can figure out how to maintain it once and for all and never have to lose weight again!
