Want to maintain my current weight :)

Hi.

The thing is I would like to keep my current weight but when i start to eat a little more i start to worry thinking that i will take in too much calories. So i wanted to ask you guys, can i eat calorie rich foods?(my relatives says that i can, but i really don't know). i was on a diet and all this calorie counting has messed me up so don't really know what is good and what is bad. :D

About exercises

well i try to run 4 times a week. usually it is like 3 times 17 km. and once a week about 27-29 km. + those other days when i don't run i try to ride with my bike(about 6 km to lake and back) + swimming. also about 2-3 times a week i work.(5 hrs each time and it consists of digging, carrying stuff and concreting. in other words i am helping to build a house)

"all this calorie counting has messed me up"

Different strokes for different folks.  When I accurately count and record calories is when I am feeling my best, and when I weigh-in each day is when I know where I am on maintaining my healthy weight.  For me, not counting calories usually "messes me up."

I have no idea how many calories you should be taking in, since I don't know your age, weight, height, etc.  But from what you posted, I would say that you are really active.  Therefore, I do indeed think you could be consuming a calorie-rich diet.  I would assume that you would be taking in healthy carbs, proteins, and fats in the right combination.

Why not weigh yourself once a day for a couple of weeks and see if your weight basically stays within the same general "window"?

well i'm 15, soon will be 16. my height is 182 cm(5.11) and weight 64 kg's. thanks for the post Smile

You need to get a life. Your posts are nasty, immature and unhelpful. Really- why are you here???
