I want one
I hate this. It is three am I just woke up from one of my worst cravings ever. It just rained out the air is fresh and clean I am going to go for a run. Will see if this helps. I am going to see how long it takes me to run to work maybe I will start running to and from work. I will be so happy if I can make it to the corner 1/8th of a mile down the road without hacking my brains out. Its been 7 days of trying to quit. I am down to just having one a day, and its always a wake up in the middle of the night I go out side and smoke 2 or three puffs and throw it out.
Well tonight I am not going to to give in, Go a head tempt me You have to do better than that to get me to smoke. I will not smoke I am going to run....
Good for you! I hope it worked out for you and you stuck to it! I quit cold turkey on May 23rd. I haven't so much as to want a cigarette in at least 4 weeks, and am starting to doubt my sanity over the past 13 years that I spent smoking! I really wish you the very best! Remember that you have nothing to give up when you quit NOTHING
