Really REALLY want to overeat.

Well, it's almost midnight over here. Snowy and cozy. I called into work today because of the bad weather. But what I was most afraid of was if I would overeat today since I had the day off.

I didn't so far. But the urge is STRONG right now. I'm going to go eat two clementines and see if that helps, but man...pancakes, Reese's PB cups, cupcakes...sound really good right now.

Your craving sugar. Are you premenstral? If so I would allow yourself to go over 200 calories or so. Over your normal calorie intake.

I found I need more during TTOTM. If not then I would eat some protein like a boneless skinless chicken breast or almonds.

Maybe some peanut butter on celery or apple.

It's midnight like you said so maybe if you just eat your clementines and go to bed you won't have to think about it anymore. I do that sometimes.

Try hot tea. I know that helps me a bit. Good Luck.

Thanks for replying. :) I shouldn't be premenstrual for another week or so. The clementines seem to be helping and I think I'll try the hot tea suggestion.
