starting weight was 198.4 on 7/24/08

current weight 179.0 on 10/23/08

I guess the others aren't weighing in for this week,hopefully by next week they will weigh in!This is who we got for this coming week.I hope we each lose a ton of weight this week! I plan on stepping it up as far as exercise,I haven't been able to get to the gym much since my step-dad died unexpectedly on Oct. 10th.it seems like things are slowing down and life is coming back to normal now so I should be back on track starting this week!

ok! so i finally made it to the gym, and then forgot to weigh. i went back two days later and i'm down 2lbs! so on monday nov 3 i'm at 160 (give or take a half pound).

 

i am finding that going for long runs and plyometrics in the mornings really just gets my day going so well, i have so much more energy throughout the day, and a special little gem i carry with me-- the sunrise, the birds, the colors and smells changing. and plus it makes me super hungry for breakfast, which ends up being so satisfying. i think at the gym i was putting  a lot of negative energy into my workout and it was building bulk without streamlining. anyway... hope it keeps working!!

two days til weigh in and I'm so disappointed with my weight I can't seem to stop gaining.don't know why but it keeps adding up!  UGH!!!

yay! i'm 63.5kg! finally. this gives me a BMI of 23.9 which mean finally i'm not "slightly overweight" i'm a healthy weight! i don't care if its only 0.5 kilo loss for a whole week of working my butt off i am delighted. little by little i guess.

Well I didn't lose any this week!  I'm actually up a lb.  which sucks.

Oops! forgot, start weight was 279, this weeks was 275.

My weight this morning is 260.8, lost 1.2 lbs this week, that's exciting for my first week!

177.4 up 1.6 pounds from last week SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations to all the losers!! teresa_gabes_mom I'm with you up a pound this week,UGH! don't worry we have 7 weeks we can still lose up to 14 pounds hopefully our bodies will cooperate with us!!! WE ALL CAN DO THIS!!!!!

Unfortunately I went up...155lbs from 153lbs.  I've been working out doing cardio and weight training eating fairly well...I'm still trying to remain optimistic but it is hard

Back up to my start weight of 152.  Ugh, I'm trying so hard not to get frustrated and discouraged but it's so hard.  I want to be back into the 140's again at least!  It's been really hard trying to motivate myself and show self control.  I don't know how I did it before!

I stumbled across this a while after it was posted. But I am in to loose as much of it as I can in the time I have left!!

I will watch to see what I need to do and when I need to do it!

I am hoping to hit my Goal Goal of 130-135 by Feb 22, 2009 as I am going on a cruise with my husband and friends! This will be a great start!

I don't feel too bad because I only joined this 4 days ago. Only 9.5lbs to go.
