Katjav it can be frustrating but don't beat yourself down to much. Find something good to remind yourself of and change something up over the next week. You can do it, I think we all believe you can!:)
I also do TABATA, I actually did it this morning before I got in the shower for work. I do the squat thrusts (very hard) and sometimes I do the run on the treadmill instead but the squats give my legs a lovely burning sensation .
Yay go me I gained 0.4 lbs. -_-

Same with me, Candie. I think I got carried away by the results of the past 3 weeks and I was celebrating way too much. I had 3 days with over 1900 cal! and tomorrow I cannot go to the gym. I just love Special K Vanilla almond with milk, so when I want to lower fat and calorie intake, I have Special K (2 cups, I know it's a lot, hubby says Special K will break our budget!) for breakfast, as always, and for dinner too. Usually, it does the trick. We'll see, I'm just hoping to break even this week. See u Thusrday! Monica

oh wow, I don't feel so bad. I thought I was the only one. I have been scared to log on and be envious of everyone's fabulous results while I opted not to workout all weekend, ate HALF decent and didn't take a single vitamin. I guess that is why CC is so great, you can be honest about slacking and rather than being judged, you receive support. I checked my weight this morning and it appears I went up one pound, but I will be drinking loads of water (I had 4 beers last night), exercise like a maniac and weigh in tomorrow along with taking my measurements.
