I want to slim down my arms but still have them toned!?
So here's the issue and I need your opinion on a solution:
I am about 130, 5'3'' and medium athletic build. I am trying to get down to 120 by Febuary of next year.
I use to be a lot smaller in high school but who wasn't?! Anyway I gain weight first on my thighs, hips then arms. I know how to drop the fat on everything but my arms.
I do not weight lift until I've done at least 20 minutes of cardio and I cannot remember the last time I did any light weight lifting. (5-10 LB) BUT when I do my arms only get bigger. Not smaller ![]()

Stay with a small weight (5lbs), and work them out at a SLOW pace. My problem area is also my arms, but making sure you work Triceps along with Biceps is the key. Hope I could help :)
