It's not quite 6 pack abs. I'd consider that the perfect healthy/skinny tummy. Not really muscular, yet not fat at all. No muffin top!!

The only way is diet and exercise. We're all tryin to get there together!

What type of exercise?

you need to do cardio and weights to bring down fat level then you can concentrate on toning your stomach. i do lots of plyometrics and tricking, which is really hard work and works wonders.

Another plyo person!! Man that is rough stuff , i burned 1200 calories in an hour doing plyo once.

Tricking?

you need to lose fat all over and eat foods that don't bloat you

what is polymetrics exactly?

The specific Plyometrics i do is jump training, it focuses on the legs a lot of squatting and jumping and squatted jumping jacks and lunges....

I can jump about twice as high as i could before and watch out if i want to throw a kick at you =P

Really gets the heart rate up and burns a ton of calories. The definition:

Plyometrics is a type of exercise training designed to produce fast, powerful movements, and improve the functions of the nervous system, generally for the purpose of improving performance in a specific sport. Plyometric movements, in which a muscle is loaded and then contracted in rapid sequence, use the strength, elasticity and innervation of muscle and as it was supposed to be surrounding tissues to jump higher, run faster, throw farther, or hit harder, depending on the desired training goal. Plyometrics is used to increase the speed or force of muscular contractions, often with the goal of increasing the height of a jump or the speed of a punch or throw.

Tricking?

oh that is good! i don't know anyone who really likes plyometrics, but it is very good for wushu because we need to jump high. obviously people who need to jumps high must have strong abs.

tricking is also good for wushu - it's gymnastics that incorporates many jumps and leaps. uh, the message above describes it better than i! for me and my body type it is the ultimate sport!

I love jumping around which is why i love Plyo , i just like being in the air =) I used to take gymnastics years and years ago....
