I want to be 115 and/or 16% body fat.
I'm trying to lose 10-ish pounds, too. I'm 5'10", 150lbs.
Hey I'm 18, 5'4", 133 pounds and want to get to 120 by the new year. So we're pretty much in the same boat.
Do you have a goal date?
Yeah. Hopefully by December 1st.
I just restarted journal, and I am going walking today :)
Let's keep eachother in check!
I'm 23
5'7" tall
I also want to get down to 115.

Hey if you guys want we can make this our little group its totally up to you guys though. If you want you can message me one on one too. Either, or it doesnt matter.
Well I lost water weight yesterday because I ate 1300 calories and went walking for an hour so I went from 125, to 120.5 it was kind of cool. I was 115 about 1 month ago I went from 140 to 115 and then during the process of graduating college, moving back home & getting settled it I went up to 125 * I know some of it was water weight, but I feel fabulous at 115, so now I am trying to get back there.
My name is heather :) You guys can post your names, and we can have weigh ins on Wednesdays? If that works for you, if Wednesday does not you can do it on your own day of the week. If that sounds good. Well hopefully we can all stay strong, I am also trying to help my two sisters lose weight so mine will be pretty fast an easy since I am trying to lose less than 10, and well one of them is trying to lose 40, and the other 80.
I am kind of about being healthy because I want to have kids later in the future and if you have a underweight BMI you can ruin your chances of having kids, and healthy pregnancys and stuff. So I probably will not support you if you are trying to get a BMI of 18.0, that is un healthy. 18.5 is the lowest you should go. Missmontana - have you thought about the risks of being at a BMI of 18.0? Just wondering. I mean if you are really wanting to get there, fine, but its going to be an unhealthy spot and I dont know if you know that. So I am totally not jumping on you about that, just curious if you knew or not?
AND HOLY ****. KMS51292 - jesus, you are going to kill yourself, please please go to the weight gain group. A BMI OF 15.4 is riduculous, its deadly and now you want to have one of 13.7. I am sorry I cannot support that.
I hope I havent scared anyone off that wants to be healthy :)
I have a really small frame, and 115 pounds is really perfect for me. I felt the most comfortable around 115-118. On some other sites, BMI of 18 is actually considered the lower end of normal, not underweight...but on CC anything below 20 is considered underweight. So I don't plan to go below BMI of 18...that's the absolute lowest.
No worries :)
And yes...BMI of 15.4-13.7 gets no support from me either!
Hi my name is Judith

A BMI of 18 is only considered within the normal range on teen sites when no dieting has occured to go below 18.5. No matter how small your frame is 18.5 is considered to be the minimum healthy BMI for an adult woman by WHO.
I see that you are fairly new to CC so I wanted to give you a warm welcome.
You didn't state your current weight; however, your posted goal is underweight by WHO standards. CC and its members cannot encourage or assist you in maintaining or attempting to achieve an unhealthy weight. I kindly suggest that you reevaluate your goal weight to a healthier range. The lowest (healthiest) weight for your height would be 118lbs with a BMI of 18.5.
Have you consulted a physician to assess and discuss your current weight?
How many calories are you consuming to reach your goal weight?
Remember,
it is not all about what the number on the scale says... You can in
fact be "thinner" at a higher weight by lowering your BF% and gaining
muscle while remaining at a healthy weight. Also remember that the
more active you are, the more calories your body requires.
So
please take the time to consult your physician, research the effects an
unhealthy weight has on your body, and the proper amount of calories
required for your body to function.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to PM me.

Anyone just mail me if you want a weight loss buddy!
I'm 17 years old and want to get back to my 116lbs, rather than the 121 that my body is determined to stick at.
hey i'm 16, 5'5" and weigh currently 125.5 lbs
I'm trying to lose weight though, hopefully to get down to 107 eventually.
I've been walking at least 30-45 minutes daily, and going to the gym a couple times a week.
:)
heyy i'm 17, 5'7.5 and weight currently 125lbs
i'm trying to get down to 105 hopefully by the middle of july
i work out sort of regularly and eat really healthy
=)
um what? 5'7 and 105 would have a bmi of 16.5, 5'5 107 would have a bmi of 17.8. Most of the goal weights posted are underweight. it also seems a lot of you are mid teens and still growing a lot, your going to get boobs and ass. none of you are even considered "average" healthy, all of you are already at the low end of the bmi healthy range.
Why are 99% of girls here just morons determined to damage their health? Guys, anorexia and being underweight isn't pretty. I should know. And once you're sucked into it - it's so, so hard to get out.
Being ill is harder and more miserable than being healthy. I should know.
