Wanted: Competitive person
So I am a really competitive person and I typically do better with weight loss when I have someone to compete with. By compete I don't mean pounds wise its more of an exercise thing.
So if anyone is interested let me know, what I am looking for is someone to post with everyday about how much they exercised and how many calories they burnt.

Nice. It felt like I burned a lot more... ;-)
And it rained at the end. How can hiking always end in rain when you live in the desert? lol. But the mountains were beautiful and worth the effort.

Saturday walked around the fair for 45 mins burnt 251 calories (and didn't eat any of that crap they sell there)

Then took a walk with my niece to the park only made it 12 mins then it poured, so had to call my mom to come pick us up. Burnt 61 calories.

I'm a nurse, so apparently I burn about 1300 during a 8-hour shift.
Depending on a morning or afternoon shift, I do a Jillian Michael's DVD (1/2 hour) and burn between 330 and 470 calories. My hair is always a mess though because I SWEAT so much.. Guess it's a good thing. Every workout I give 110% and give myself an all-out floggin'!! Sore like anything the next day.. YAY! (proof I really DID work hard, you know. :) )
But yeah, stayed within my calorie limit, and doing well. Yesterday was annoying. I generally weigh myself every morning, and I gained 200g and exercised for an hour burning about 800 calories!! Ouch!

Found out how bad my cardio is doing that mountain hike. So...back into the stairwell. I work in a 12 story building, so I run up the stairs, from top to bottom, to build up my aerobic capacity during my break(s).
Stairs = 10 minutes, around 185 cal.
Walk = 15 minutes, 86 cal.
Wow that is a lot of stairs, but good call utilizing them!
