I just wanted to say Hi!
I decided back at the first of December 08' that it was time to lose some weight. For some reason I jumped on the scale and saw that I was a whopping 327! Even though people tell me I look 210-220 all the time I hadn't any idea.
I started walking 4 miles a night on December 1st and eating not necessarily better but a lot less than I normally would at least for the first month. (I also quit drinking alcohol boooooo!!! :-\ ) But, I know it's for the best. Now in my second month I'm not only eating less with ease, I am also eating more healthy as well as dropping the diet sodas for water.
I finally got a very nice Elliptical Machine in my basement and all I can say is I LOVE IT so much better than going out walking. Especially on these cold nights (It's 12F out right now!)
Anywho, I found this sight and love the tools it has to offer. I look forward to chatting with you all and reaching my target of 220lbs and a 38" waist line :-)

I know how that goes, its so easy to completely lose track. Good for you to force yourself to get motivated! I love my elliptical as well, especially while watching television you don't even realize how long you've been on there! Giving up the alcohol, haha, well it is loaded with calories, i can understand how much that had to suck.
Take Care,
Good luck,
Abigail
