What are you listening to while you're at the gym?

I'm tired of my current songs ("Everytime We Touch" by Cascada, "500 miles" by the Pretenders, Gwen Stefani, etc...)  and could use some inspiration. :)

Depending on what music you like.....I LOVE fall out boy, and I chose songs from them that get me motivated....If you have somthing called limewire or Mp3 rocket you can browse songs that get you pumped :]
I primarily listen to folk and bluegrass, and I've managed to put together about 4-5 hours worth of music on my mp3 player that keeps me moving at a pretty good clip on the ellipitical.

Some of the artists include:  Melissa Ferrick, Old Crow Medicine Show, Dave Carter/Tracy Grammer, Johnny Cash, Loretta Lynn, Kris Delmhorst, Eddie From Ohio, Ani Difranco...

If anyone wants specifics from the genre, let me know and I can recommend a few, if not many, songs.

First off....I LOVE cascada!

and i know what its like to be tired of her haha...I love listening to like Jimmy Buffett while I'm working out.  It gives me the music and the beach visual with the motivation not to look like a beached whale : )

This is just my Running Workout Playlist on my Ipod. I have several other playlists but when I am running I need lots of songs with relatively good beats and all of the above songs seem to make me run faster and longer.
white stripes be your own pet linkin park! (so old school but they REALLY get me going) random dance mixes, heavy beats can really stimulate your pace! Red hot chili peppers the hives the cure blue october daft punk system of a down the yeah yeah yeahs AFI interpol
if you have itunes and want to check out some podcasts, look for anything by fitpod.com - they've got really cool mixes, and the best thing is, their mixes all have set bpm the entire mix through.  Mixes tend to be 30 min, 40 min, 50 min, and sometimes an hour or more.  BPM amounts vary, and will be written in the mix's description, so you know what you're in for.

That's what I use when I'm on my bike.  My favorite mix so far is space cast lite.
This week I am listening to bands that start with the letter "A".   So my ipod is loaded with AC/DC, Audioslave, Artic Monkeys, American HiFi, AFI, Avoid One Thing and Aerosmith.   Last week was all U2.   I just worry that one of these days I am going embaress myself by singing out loud at the gym.
These are all great suggestions, I'm trying them out at the gym today! Thanks everyone!
I just downloaded a bunch of stuff...

Fall out Boy- Arms race, Sugar we're going down, Dance Dance

:) I usually work out to rap.

Try Pitbull - Toma, Shake

Lil Jon - anything, just about

and T-Pain :)
I think that my 10 year old sister heavily influences my song choices...=). Here's my song lineup:

Pussycat Dolls-Wait a Minute, Beep, I Don?t Need a Man, Hot Stuff, Sway, Buttons

Christina Aguilera-Candy Man

Pink-U+Ur Hand

Timbaland/Nelly Furtado/Justin Timberlake-Give it to Me

Nickelback-If Everyone Cared

Hinder-Better Than Me

The emo-pop at the end is nice for warming up and those ?speed walk? breaks between sprints/jogs.

Now that I think about it, most of these songs (while great for running) are probably inappropriate for a ten year old to be listening to?Whatever happened to Sesame Street and Dora the Explorer?
