5'0 - 5'3 and 160 pounds? wanting to lose 20-30 pounds?
hey everyone,
my names lizzi and im from australia :). im looking for a friend/friends to help motivate and buddy up haha. im 5'1 and 160 pounds/ 73 kg. i am currently going to the gym six days a week, have a personal trainer and a dietician. please let me know if your interested, particularly those with similiar stats!
I'm not a teen and my weight-control objectives & stats are pretty different but, since no-one had answered your post I just wanted to wish you the bext of luck with your weight-loss and also to say a massive 'well done' for getting busy in the gym.
I think what motivates everyone is very much an individual thing. For me it's my health more than appearance. Younger people, it's often the other way around. But I would say that if you make your healthy lifestyle (food choices, exercise patterns) something you actively enjoy then you don't need any real motivation to keep doing it.... you'll just do it effortlessly
Good luck
Heyy, i'm Aleisha, and i'm in a very similar situation. I am 5'2, 163lbs, and wishing to lose around 39lbs. I would love to be a weight loss buddy with you since I too was looking for one. Just message back if you're interested.
my post wont stag. and im a little taller but my weight goal is on par so i would totally be interested in buddying up and maybe even posting as we lose weight to keep us honest and maybe even give each other tips to re- jumpstart/re motivate as we are going? im looking to reach 120-125 by the end of may. totally doable.
im 5'5-5'6 and 164lbs
Hey, I'm your height, but at a healthy weight and not currently looking to lose any!
But I want to wish you good luck and KUDOS for seeing a dietician! It sounds like you have a smart head about losing weight (assuming your dietician isn't one of the quacky ones), and aren't going to buy into all the crash-dieting fads many do.
Now, if only all the YCC'ers had that attitude...
