Weight Gain

I liked curves and I lost them Frown

So I was 145lbs, now I'm 135 and was planning on going for 130lbs. However, I seem to misplaced my curves that I had enjoyed for a few months, I want to gain some of the weight back but only on my behind. Yes I was a bigger but, not a JLo butt but just a little bigger.

As of now I'm considering gaining 5 pounds back in a healthy way, making it 5 pounds of muscle on my arse. See how that goes.

Anyone have any suggestion as of how to accomplish that?

The first exercise if you scroll down. Try doing them with only one leg as well.

Weighted squats and lunges.

You cannot spot gain just as you cannot spot increase. I would follow the link, though, and work on your glutes - but do not expect it all to go to your bum.

Yeah I'm sure only some of it....but even just a little more will be good :)

lunges, squats, and the stepper or stair machine!

Squats, lunges, deadlifts, sprinting.

go on you tube and search '8 minute buns'....this will seriously kick your butt into shape :D
