I figure I need to start with baby steps to begin to squash this nasty habit of binging-then restricting. I've binged a lot this past week and I'm tempted to restrict today but I know that will only lead to chaos.

So who's with me? a week seems easy but in reality I know it will be tough.  And after we complete this week there will be another week to conquer.  We can do this. Day by day.  You are not alone.

i'm fine during the week, but once the weekend hits i go binge-crazy.

Almost lost control today but I somehow managed to stay on my feet. :-) I hope y'all are having a good night. Stay strong.

Count me in!! I'm just like Ericainrecovery, weekends are my weakness! So having this to motivate me will get me to next Sunday, hopefully!

I'll do it too!  I never had a problem with it but lately I don't know what has gotten into me.

It's especially bad at night and when I have the house to myself =\ But I'm determined to resist tonight!

Friday is gonna be harddd. I'm going out to London and it's always so tempting to get crazy amounts of food while waiting for the first train home in the morning to keep me warm and occupied. But I wont this time!

I'm in. And I continue the theme of weekend issues!

I'm in! Starting tonight I will not go crazy at all kinds of weird hours of the night. it's going to be hard when I go home to my parents house tomorrow, it stresses me out, but I think I can do it...no, I have to do it!

Deflepfan: I just posted a thread yesterday on my eating being out of control at night when I'm alone in my apartment. Nighttime is the hardest for me. Thanks for posting this challenge! I need the support and I'm definitely here to help you all in return, let's do this!

For me, the afternoons are the hardest. It's when I'm home alone and bored. I've just got all this time to fill, and eating does that nicely, lol.

I'm in too =)  I'm a day late hopping on the bad wagon, seeing as I read this for the first time, right after eating a few chocolate croissants haha.  But I love the idea =)  Lets do it!!!

How's everyone doing? my day is going alright, it should be somewhat "easy" since I work tonight so it'll keep me busy.  Mondays are always hard in general though ;-)

weekends are the hardest for me... i slipped yesterday, but i'm trying to get back into my "healthy" routine.

wednesdays are my temptation days, and when i get bored during the day. haha.

Two days in, two days failed. :(

At least today I had about 1800 calories fewer than yesterday. Small steps, right?
