I reached my Halloween goal and then some, so I'm totally up for this!

I haven't weighed that little in 4 years, so it will be quite an accomplishment if I can reach this goal!

Age 50, 5'4" 200lb. ( I think, I haven't weighed since Aug. I'll weight in Friday since I can take brace off now) want to get to 160-150lb to start and see where to go then.
Count me in coach! I have 50lb to lose over all, but I think 10 pounds by Christmas or even 20 pounds by New Years would be so awesome. Here are my stats:

I've been at this plateau for like a year now, (I guess my body really really really likes this size) so I'm looking for some support to kick it by December 29--my wedding date! Christmas time would be great as well!

I'm 22, 5'9'', and I just hit 185 this morning. That was super exciting because last time I started losing weight, I was basically starving myself and it took me 4 months to get down to 185, and of course I gained all the weight back as soon as I started eating again. Now I'm doing this the right way and it's only taken 2 months to get this far!
Goal: at least 175 by Christmas
haha I was supposed to lose ten by thanksgiving don't think it's gonna happen...Maybe christmas!! :)

I'm 23, 6' and I weigh 145 and my goal is not necessarily to lose 10 pounds, but I would like more to lose one inch of fat (I have heard this is the equivalent?). If they go hand in hand, then fine! Can I post my weight every Friday along with a couple of measurements? Let me know if that is okay!
I have lost 30 pounds using calorie count and I am back to my high school size 6 (yay), and now I would like to tone up and get rid of my remaining (yet much smaller!) muffin tops and tummy!
This is my first time doing this but I really need the support. I just don't have the motivation to do it myself, I'm 15, 5'3 and weigh 153 my ultimate goal is to be back down to around 120 125 again. I am trying so hard to do this the healthy way and not get caught into the awfulness of diet pills, eating disorders, and excessive exercising. I want to be fair to my body, not kill it

Final goal is 145 by my 35th birthday (end of January), which averages out to about 1 lb. per week so should be doable.
Goal by xmas is 155 or less!!

I want to lose around 15 pounds by Christmas, I think it will be possible for me because right now I weigh 164.5 and I started my diet last week and lost 6.5 pounds so I think it will be possible to lose about 2 pounds a week
so my goal for Christmas is 149
