5 lbs. to go by Christmas. After twisting my ankle, I've had to stop any exercise that involve my legs, so I'm being extra careful with my calories.

Well, it's the end of week two. I am down 4 pounds. I went from 146 to 142 (I'm 5'6"). We have ten more days to the half way mark and I am almost half way to goal. So it has been a good pace.
I have been doing the You eating plan, plus I went to a spinning class and did the Elliptical three times this week, for an hour each. I am going to increase the exercise next week. I am also going to plan ahead for Thanksgiving so that it's not an eating frenzie.
