Who wants to be my friend.  :)  I had a support group going and well we kinda all fell off the wagon back in the middle of April.  I really really want to drop 10lbs. 

DOes anyone want to take this mini challenge with me??

I was at 177.4 just two days ago.  I am hoping by the time summer gets here I'll be in the 160's.

am on 1200 calorie diet, not much exercise, but try and walk and take stairs whenever i can!

last time i checked (2 days ago), i was 148. I started this round of dieting a week and a half ago at 152. I know thats really fast and I'm not expecting to lose the rest that quickly, but i'd really love to be down to 138-140 by this time next month, so count me in.

This is just what I need.  I'm shooting for 10 pounds this summer, 15 if possible.  I've gained over 25 pounds in the last 2 1/2 years, so now is the time.  I've love to join all of you.

Today:  5'3 1/2 and 153 pounds.

I want to be at least 115 or so by July 11th when my husband and I are going on a cruise.  I was 117 two years ago when we got married and keep packing on the pounds and want to stop before it gets out of hand (I was 136 before the wedding)

i'm in! i have a weight loss plan and chart if anyone wants to see it. i'm in another group and people haven't really been posting lately. I'd like to join a group that for once doesn't taper off after a couple of weeks!! that's the whole point of these groups, to make yourself accountable!

I've already lost 6 pounds this summer but I still have 10-15 to go to get to my first mini goal (I set mini goals along the way until my ultimate goal weight)

SW: 165 lbs

I have been eating right at 1200 cals a day (for the most part, on the weeekends I cheat a bit) and working out pretty regularly and have only lost 1 pound in a whole month.  Although people have told me I look thinner, esp. in the face

maybe seeing what others are doing will help!

 

Friday weigh-ins would work for me, how about everyone else?
