Who wants to Get out of the 120's already!!!!
Hi all. I have lost weight and have currently been bouncing around the 120's for a while now. Some times up to 127 then on down to 122. My goal is 115 and I have been trying at it for months. It is now time to get serious!! I want to lose those last 10 lbs. Today I am at 125 and want to know if anyone wants to lose 10 lbs with me. We can keep each other accountable. I really think that weigh ins should be on fridays too. Before the weekend so theres not to much pressure. Any one out there??
I'm 26, 5'2.5" and 125. Goal is 110-115. Fluctuated quite a bit and ready to get back down and stay there.
Is it tooo late to join ? I have basically the same goal.
Age: 15
Height: 5'1
Weight: Around 125 (it can be up or down 2 or 3 pounds a day)
Goal: 115-ish. :]
I'm not exactly sure with my goal though, I have some muscle and I'm trying to build more, so I'm not sure if it'll be possible to get to 115 without losing muscle weight. Basically, I'd just like to lose my tummy and look like I could kick your butt. :P

I'm been stuck in 120-119 since 4 months now and I really want down to 115. I make cardio 3 days in the week and training 5 days my problem it;s that all fat it;s in my stomach area and just don;t wanna go away!!! I'm so sick of this I hope WE can make our goal before december.

so i went to the doctors and weighed 134...more than i had expected so that put me in a pretty bummed out mood. Im not sure if it is water retention because under doctors orders n im supposed to have a lot of salt and drink lots of water..and im almost at TOTM but i still got slightly depressed. and unfortunately i did some bingeing on cereal and a few other random foods afterwards. but i feel a lot better now and really believe that i can start eating better and exercising more from this day on. So i have a slightly higher weight than most of you but am still trying to get down about 10 and believe i can:)...felt good to just kinda vent.
I don't even pay any attention to a doctors scale!! That is way to depressing. I weighed 5lbs more at the doctors last time I went. I had shoes and clothes on though and I always weigh myself in the morning with no clothes on. I am so excited that we are all doing this together. I'm such a dork LOL!!! Anyways I have a major test tomorrow in triGG!! and have to go to school then straight to work. I hate being stressed, it makes me Hungry for ice scream. Ran 4 miles this morning that is my stress relief. Hope everyone has a good dayy!!

I am down another pound, bringing me to 121. Ooh, so close to the teens, I can taste it, haha!
I've had people tell me I don't need to lose weight, and that if I lost 10 pounds, I'd look unhealthy. I take that as a compliment, but, that doesn't mean it's true. Now, when I was at my thinnest at 110, I would have to agree with them.
I had a health screening done this a.m and the scale there (while not a doc scale it was not digital either) said 120- but my digital scale at home said 124......ugh. What number do I go with?????

I'm 20 years old, 5'1", and have been bouncing between 122 and 127 for the past month. so annoying! I'm ready to get down to business and lose these stubborn ones. my goal weight is around 105, but right now im just trying to get to 115.

That's so funny, it's like we're each others dopplegangers! When I was at 110, I was thin and heard that I was too thin from some people. I mostly agreed, although it was nice having a flat stomach! For some reason, last night I thought it was a good idea to start "emotional snacking", and ate a bunch more than I should've. So, today I weighed in at 122.8, by next Friday I hope to be back down to 120. Again.

I also maintained this week weighing in at 125...which is fine with me as long as I'm not gaining! LOL....but seriously, what gives???? I guess I'll just have to work harder next week :)

Hey I was wondering if I could join. I know I missed the weigh in. I am 5'4", 124-125ish. My GW is 113. Everyone says that is too low, but that would still put me at a normal BMI. Actually my PCP said it was just fine. She just said not to go below 110. I am about to start TOTM, but would love to weigh in with y'all next week, hopefully with a net loss. I would definitely like to lower my BF% too. I wear a size 26 jeans but my body fat scale put me at 26 percent fat. :S Looking forward to getting to know all of you!

Hey it looks like everyone is doing great for the first week. How did the weekend go? I ended up going over my calorie goal on Friday and Sunday, but still tried to eat healthy foods. Hope this week will bring us all that much closer to our goals, and that everyone is having a good day today.

I'd love to join this group and do weigh ins. (I weigh myself every morning and enter it into CC to track it) I too have been bouncing around the 120's but want to get back to 112. I haven't been 112 pounds since I was 16! This is a hefty goal for me. I'm 22 now, I'm back to working out 6 days a week for 45-60 minutes. In the last 9 days I have lost 2.4lbs.
In the past week and a half:
Calorie consumption: 1,200 - 1,500/day
Current weight: 124.1
