Who wants to Get out of the 120's already!!!!
Hi all. I have lost weight and have currently been bouncing around the 120's for a while now. Some times up to 127 then on down to 122. My goal is 115 and I have been trying at it for months. It is now time to get serious!! I want to lose those last 10 lbs. Today I am at 125 and want to know if anyone wants to lose 10 lbs with me. We can keep each other accountable. I really think that weigh ins should be on fridays too. Before the weekend so theres not to much pressure. Any one out there??
Maybe missmontana, but I think it could be moi, seen as how she posted just a few replies after mine...
I said that my goal weight was between 115-118, and *if* I decide to try for 115 (my previous natural weight before my metabolism went nuts), I'll have a BMI of 18.6, which is 0.2 away from "not allowed to post" status.
edit: I had written something else here but then I decided it will just be better to stop posting here and continue my weight loss on my own, I know what weight feels healthiest to me and this BMI stuff is too controversial. Also those who drop in and say how they would love to be in the 120's. Everyone has different weight loss goals and I think I will just keep it between myself and my family and friends from now on.

I'd love to join too. I'm 24, 5'3, and 126. I'd be estatic to break into the teens and my gw is 115
Well, I'm almost close to that. I am 5'4", small frame, 132lbs, and would like to be 103, which is fine for my height age, etc.
Umm, I'm dropping out of this too. I am going to do this on my own. Sometimes getting on CC is just a downer. No offense to any of the regular posters in this thread.
Anyone still doing this? I'm down a teeny bit, but that's to be expected with the week I've had. I'm just glad the numbers continue to go down, instead of up!
Hi everyone. I'm new to this thread. I've been sticking at 126 for months and would really like to be down to 119 eventually (I'm 5'3, 27 years old).
The past couple of months I've been really haphazard about CCing and exercising, but I'm motivated right now to drop a few pounds before Christmas. Today I'm drinking a ton of water, staying away from refined sugar and fried foods, and tomorrow I'll be at the gym.
I can relate to your fluctuating weight. I bounce around about 5 pounds everyday. Alot of it is water weight and undigested foods. Try using the stationary bike on a resistance of 8 for about 45 minutes a day. It worked for me =)
Yeah, I hate how weight fluctuates so much because of water retention!
Hey! Im in the same situation! Im 5"4, wanting to get down to 120, maybe lower it really depends what 120 looks like! I'm currently 129, and a uk size 8 although in some stores they are slightly tight! I'd like to be between a uk6 and a uk8, which i think is a us2 and us4? Its soo good to know im not the only one watching ppl eat cakes etc, and have to try and resist! Its worth it though! I was 143 2 months ago, was noooot good! my size 10s were too small, verging on a 12! thats the heaviest ive ever been, blame vacation! But im glad as it made me do something about it, i was so shocked!
Wow, getting down from 143 to 129 in two months is a big change! You must feel pretty different!

I weighed 119.5 this morning, and what makes it even better, is I'm pretty sure I actually weigh less than that because I'm premenstrual and retaining water. I stepped onto the scale and said to myself, Don't be discouraged--you know you're retaining water so just take the number with a grain of salt.
So I was pleasantly surprised to still see the numbers going down.
Vegetariangeek, yeah I do feel pretty different, for the better too! Its not that 143 is a lot, but it is for me as im always about 9st - 9 1/2st so it was such a shock! Im hoping 120 will make me between a uk6 - uk8, I tend to go more for clothes size than weight and if it looks good! So it will be interesting to see what 120 looks like! Is anyone 5"4 and 120, to see what that weight looks like?

Yeah, xsweat peax, I know what you mean about focusing on size rather than what the scale says. I'm 5'3" and I've been 120 and flabby after the stomach flu, and 120 and toned after working out - pretty big difference.
I am in the exact same boat. I've been waking up each morning (for the past couple weeks) weighing in between 120-121. I'm doing low carb but feeling I had more luck on the low cal diet. Not sure if I should stick it out. The nuts I eat totally kill me!
Any advice for getting below 120? Anyone trying to get those last few off on a low carb diet too? Also, anyone else wicked tired?
