WARNING- really disgusting question!!!

Ok, I've wondered this for a while and I just have to ask. If you give a guy a, um, oral favor, how in the world do you count that for calories? KWIM? How many calories does sperm have, if any?

i've heard that the amount of calories in ejaculation is between 5-7 calories. barely anything, so i really don't think you need to log it. haha

i also heard it has a lot of protein...? just to add to the 'disgustingness'

I'm willing to bet that you work off anything you may ingest :)

amusing, eh?  really its only a tsp in a usual ejaculation so even if it was pure protein or fat is pretty neglible in calories.  but if you google it, i have found caloric content before (or at least an approximation).

I wonder if I should request that the nutritional analysis and calorie content Mr. Wonderful's Love Juice be added to the database? Maybe not...I don't want to get blocked.

I don't think I'd log it, anyway, for the sheer risk someone saw my food log.

here ya go, Go Ask Alice! has a response.  The uh long and the short of it, about 1 tsp, 5-7 cals per ejaculation.

and not enough protein to bounce you up any higher.  i did find one guy who said it was about nutritinally equivalent to an egg white.  i guess i know what sort of omelets you all are making ;)
