Water Check!!

Time to check in to see if we are all drinking our water!

How many of your 64 oz of water have you had so far today??

Me, I've had only 22 oz..  gotta drink up!

So far I'm at 40 oz for the day...I love drinking cold water through a straw...

 

Edit~ I just finished 64 oz...WOOO HOOO!!

I'm at 51 oz so far. I've been putting the crystal light packets in my bottles of water.

I've been told that your Water Consumption should be just that - PURE WATER.

You wouldn't rinse your dishes with Crystal Light and consider them clean, right?

I always use a straw also.

It's 15 degrees out and chilly in my home, so I'm drinking hot water.  Plan to drink 80 oz today, cause of higher sodium  yesterday at restaurant, plus not getting my quota yesterday.

I have 8 more glasses to go today.  Will try every hour.
