Water with cordial/flavouring

Quote  |  Reply
I struggle to drink water, it makes me feel quite sick which I'm sure isn't unusual for people who are out of the habit of drinking water.

I do buy low-calorie cordial mixes and wondered if mixing this with my water in a water bottle would be as beneficial to my body as just drinking plain water?

Of course it would be the same unless you have some medical problems. (diabetic or allergic). The syrup added would be like you drinking water and sucking on a hard candy as far as your body cares.

You might want to try what they do in spas. They soak fresh fruit in water which makes it taste much beter. I'm also a huge fan of 0 calorie hint water.

i fell in love with the propel fitness water.. its so good.. the packets i get- which are usually mixed berry, and kiwi strawberry are 20 cals per packet- they say to put it in 16.9 oz bottle- i tried that new life water 0 cal fuji apple pear drink.. it tastes kind of like a liquid apple, but i don't really care for it.

I use water sensations. I use it religiously, especially when I want a hot beverage with no calories, and I hate tea. lmao Mixed Berry and Strawberry Kiwi are my fave flavors. You can buy them pretty much at any supermarket where all the other water flavoring things are.
