I have heard so many good things about Doulton ceramic water filters. does anybody have that filter?what is your experience?
what are other good brands?
thanks
I use a Brita filter jug mostly because I live in an area with very hard (lime) water and unfiltered water considerably shortens the life of my kettles!
I also use the brita water filter and really like it.
I heard that Doulton is much better as it kills the bacteria and filter the water really well. it is pricey so I was hoping to get some reviews before I considering buying it.
I need a strong filter that can get rid of the coli bacteria in water.
Good heavens! If there is e-coli bacteria in your drinking water it means it has been inadequately treated by your water company. There's no filter (I don't think) that's going to be fine enough to remove bacteria... only boiling is going to do that. You'd better buy bottles.
