at work, I have about 70 ounces of water, sometimes a little less, or more...
at home, I think I drink about 10-20 ounces of water...
I just want to know the average..
BTW - i'm losing not maintaining..

no... I've been working up from 2 liters for the last year... got stuck at 3 liters for a while, but now 4 feels just right - and I drink more if I sweat a lot outside
at first it made me pee too often, like during the night, but not anymore...
One water formula:
- Take your body weight in pounds
- Divide that number in half
- drink that number of ounces (of water!)
- more if you sweat a lot in the heat or during workouts..
We have a Brita pitcher, which works to some extent. The cats can tell anyway, lol. If you put down a bowl of tap water and a bowl of Brita'ed water, they won't touch the tap till all the Brita is gone. But I don't know, it just leaves a funny... aftertaste I guess? Even with the Brita. At work there's a Poland Springs refridgerated cooler and that seems just fine. I'd buy spring water or something for home, but that's just too expensive in the long run.
Does the PUR system work better then Brita? We do change the filters as recommended, so I don't think that's the issue.
I drink about a gallon (128 ounces) on days I work out. I drink mine out of a great big insulated mug, and on days I work out I fill the mug up (with ice) about 3 times in the 1-1/2 to 2 hours of time before, during, and after work out, and this takes care of my first 2-quart pitcher for the day. I then drink the other 2 quarts throughout the rest of the day/night. Days when I don't work out, I fill up my 2-quart pitcher twice and usually have about half or slightly less of the second one left at bedtime, so probably about 95 ounces give/take on non-workout days. I'm a water drinker, though. It's pretty much all I have ever drunk outside of a couple of cups of coffee/tea per day.
