Why is water so good for weight loss?

Quote  |  Reply
Don't worry, I'm not questioning it! I'm greatful to have something helpful in my quest for weight loss. But could anyone tell me the science behind it? Or is it just that you should be healthy in general when losing weight?

Thanks. :)

There are plenty of articles out there that you can look up on google or even using the search tool here on the website.

I guess the best analogy (or whatever you call it) is that water is to your body like oil is to your car.  While your car might still run a bit with it, the oil in there makes sure that all the parts are working as smoothly as possible.
Here is my post from yesterday hope this helps...I asked the same question..

One other reason is that it curbs hunger.  Many times when you feel hungry, you are actually feeling thirsty - your brain doesn't differentiate well between the two.
