So Ive heard all over about WATER WEIGHT!
Question is, where does the water stay? The "water weight". Under your skin? In your stomach? Where?
If under ur skin, it makes you look fatter right? And where exactly.? Whole body? Just stomach?
THanks , just wondering

This might help you ;)
water weight retention can easily be hidden within the natural fluid that surrounds cells ( extra-cellular fluid ).
The human body is about 60-70% water so it's stored all over the place. The lungs are 90% water, the brain is 70% water, muscles are 75% water..... If you're carrying extra fluids it tends to show up as 'flabbiness' e.g. around the stomach, on the thighs, 'cellulite' etc.
