| 6 | cups watermelon |
| 1 | cup chopped apples |
| 1/2 | cup onion, finely chopped |
| 1/2 | cup peppers, green, finely chopped |
| 1 | tbs basil, fresh, chopped |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1/4 | tsp pepper |
| 1/4 | tsp chili powder |
| 1 | tbs vinegar, cider |
- Puree the watermelon in a blender
- Combine with the other ingredients in a large bowl
- Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour before serving
