Watermelon Smoothie
I just came up with this recipe and posted it here on ccp. My mom had a whole HUGE watermelon that I knew that she and I would be the only ones eating, so I needed a way of eating a lot of it. After all, watermelon is one of the most filling (in my opinion) and low-cal fruits out there.

For when you want a fairly low-cal, refreshing treat. I add 2 tsp. of Benefiber to it to sneak a little more fiber into my diet.
Ingredients
1 cup watermelon balls 2 medium strawberries 1/2 cup 2% milk 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. sugar
Directions
I recommend freezing the watermelon balls before making. Place all ingredients in blender and turn on until everything is completely blended together.

OMG that sounds SOOO delicious. I'm going out tomorrow to get me a watermellon and some strawberries. Curse you!

I just made this... maybe I did something wrong but it was GROSS. :( Too milky flavored.
Chub, maybe add more watermelon? I've made this a few times and it always has a really great watermelon flavor.

I hope it fares better! It's really great once you get it right :) It took me a good 20 minutes to get the right watermelon-to-milk ratio.
