Any way I can go down a cup size

Hey everyone

I have the pear-ish body shape. I am trying to lose my lower tummy (just bellow the belly button) and generally tone up. Is there any exercise you'll know that can bring me down a cup size?????

Weight loss alone should help you go down a size. There really isn't a way to isolate your weight loss. I know some of my friends loss there breasts first first during weightloss others stay the same size regardless of their weight so it really just depends on your body. One thing you can do would is work on toning your chest. It won't necessarily make you go down a cup size, but it can look smaller; at least it did for me. Doing benchpress type exercise works for me. Lay back down on a bench a 5 to 10 pound weights in each hand. Start with the weights just above your breasts and push up until your arms are straight (don't lock elbow). Just a normal benchpress motion. I normally do 3 sets, with 15 each set. I also change the speed so I'll do the first set 1 count up, 1 count down, the second set 2 counts up 2 counts down, and the third 4 counts up 4 counts down.  The second exercise is flies, in the same possition start with your arms straight above you hands facing in then separate them apart until your arms are straight out to the sides of you. This is harder for me so I normally do 3 sets of 12.
