Is there a way to enter in the weight of an item?
I just bought a scale so I could be more accurate in my measurements, but I am having to play with the amount of each food so I can get the appropriate weight. For example, I just entered in cottage cheese. I had 88 grams, and to get that I had to adjust to .39 cups. Is there any way to just enter in the weight, without having to play with it?
Edited to add: I see the weight at the bottom of the form, but it does not allow me to directly edit the weight.
when you enter your food, it says EX: Egg 1 cup chopped: when you select it there are two boxes the first says amount and the second says serving on the right side of the serving box there is an arrow pointing down, click on that and select "other" then you can enter your food in grams or ounces.
Kitchen scales are lifesavers! if you have any other questions just PM me. Good Luck!
AHHH! I'd been playing around with it, but I never thought to click "other". Duh!
Thanks, leslazz
