How often do you put your weight in the weight log section?
Honestly I only put it in when the weight goes down. Sometimes I'll go months w/ out putting it in.
I weigh on fridays, so i will add it then. Mine has been going down every week but if it went up, i may skip adding it cuz I will be MAD!

Me too! If I see the new low number twice on the scale I'll enter it.

Same here.
I'll weigh myself almost daily but I won't enter it unless it goes down :p
I log in daily... It fluctuates a lot but acting this way forces me to weigh in daily and then avoid gaining back... Everytime I did not weigh in daily, 10 lbs just crept on me like crazy... I have to say that it gets me a tiny bit depressed when I look at my weight of last year in the low 120's but hey.... at least I know I can do it, right???
I only weigh in with a loss. I used to weigh every day, but the weight line got to be looking like a heart-rate monitor. ![]()
I weigh and log every day. I find that it motivates me to be extra good after I see that line go up some. Then again, I'm only like 2 1/2 weeks in, so that might change.
I weigh myself every day, but only enter when the number goes down. I find when I don't weigh every day the weight slowly creeps up.
