I'm gonna go deep fry a turkey.  I'll tell the fire department hello for you guys.

I should add I got myself back in the gym with some extra motivation today. I had an awesome workout!

I'm glad someone else used the waiver besides me.  Yeah my "day after" session was pretty good too.  All tanked up and rested...hulk smash.

Turkey came out great.  I think food always tastes better when you risk your life to prepare it.  Alas, the hosers didn't get to stop by.  Another year of averted disaster.  :)  

I wonder how the pilgrims deep fried them without burning down the woods?

Heh, I used the waiver too on Thursday, and I'm continuing to use Section 3, subsection 3.14 which states that pumpkin pie leftovers can be eaten until said pie is gone.

I lifted oak tree logs and moved big metal hunks of junk around yesterday for my workout session, 'twas awesome!

oooooooooo I forgot that clause.  Adhering to the SPIRIT of the law rather than the LETTER of the law, I'm going to apply it to some apple pie and cool whip right now.  If it's later determined to be a violation I'll throw myself on the mercy of the court.

My inner brat has taken over too. I've gotta get back on track! Being home for the holidays meant 1) no gym but 2) a treadmill, and 3) tons of really good food and really bad eating habits.  Can you say: cardio overload?  Gag.
