age: 20
height: almost 5'7
start weight: 184.0
current weight:175.2
goal weight: 125
calories a day: 1200-1400
excersise: i usually do any where from a 1/2 to an hour of the eliptical and crunches five days a week sometimes yoga or pilates also.

Ive only started CC at the end of Jan. and since then Ive lost 10lbs. I was much heavier berfore. At almost 200 I lost a lot of weight prior to  CC by unhealthy means and got down to my lowest and then regained a lot of it back. Now im doing it the safe and healthy way with CC and a good friend! hope everything goes well for you!

age: 21
height: 5'9"
Start weight: 169, Dec 06
current weight: 158
goal weight: 145ish
calories a day: 1400-1800, depending on how much I exercise
exercise:  45-60 minutes of biking, elliptical, stair-stepper, rowing, or walking/running on the treadmill (depends on what mood I am in that day) every MWF and Sunday with a LOT of streching and some pilates now and then.

I didn't start out with this much exercise, after my first month of counting calories I started upping my exercise (before that, it was maybe once or twice a week).

Welcome to CC! It has really helped me with portion control, it's a blessing.
age:  31 - started at 30

current weight: 183 lbs

exercise:  At first, not much.  These days, its 2-3 1 hour sessions of cardio per week + 1 1 hour weight training session.

On nice weekends, I go cross country skiing for a few hours, or indoor mountain climbing.  This typically replaces 1 of my cardio sessions during the week.

During the summer, I bike to work, which is about 1 hour in the morning, 1 hour in the afternoon.

It will be SO hard not to see the numbers fall as fast on the scale, but I know I'll keep it off for the long run if I do.**
