How can I wear these fab boots?

Against my better judgement I bought a pair of tall, black leather high heeled boots.  I've worn them a couple of times, but I really don't know how to construct a proper "outfit" with them... They are simple, 3-ish inch heel tall boots that come up a bit below my knee, in black leather with very subtle white (fine) stitching.

I dig them so much that I mind less-than-usual that I probably look like I dressed in the dark when I wear them, but I want to be able to wear them to work or out and look put together.

Ideas?  Advice?  Links?

I think those style boots look nice with a dress. What are you wearing with them?

get a nice pair of skinny or fitted jeans, that way u can wear the boots over the pants legs. also, you can wear a colorful shirt like a bright blue or yellow top with a nice black sweater or cardigan over it.
