Long story short, after under-eating for a while, I lost control and began to binge once every week to two weeks. It soon became evident that I should be eating more, and allowing myself a treat once in a while so that I don't feel deprived. I also started taking a multivitamin to get myself in better health. My energy level really improved, and I'm successfully battling the "binge" However, with a new energy level, I started getting fixated on keeping myself moving and going. I live across the street from a mountain that I go up and down every day with the dog, only when I started eating more I started going up and down twice (takes roughly 1.5 hr). I've also started swimming a few times a week, and doing a light yoga exercise every morning. At first I felt great, but now I'm just... well, kinda tired. And yet I still find myself looking for excuses to get outside and *keep moving*, even if I've already done the said exercise. So I guess my question is... Is the activity I described a moderate amount, or am I wearing myself out? I'm 20 yrs old, 5'6", and last time I checked (late November) I was 123lbs... But when I started eating more I decided to stay away from the scales so I could very well have gone up a few since then (my clothes do still fit).

Having been in the same situation myself at times, I can honestly say that any time you have to question if what you're doing is the right thing, you probably already know it's not. The amount of activity can be high, as long as you are consuming enough calories to compensate. Because you're starting to feel worn out, it might be time to take a hard look at your motivation for wanting to "keep moving." Believe me, I know it can be tough. I wish you the best.
You have to remember that under-eating has not only caused your body to burn fat, but muscle as well. As you exercise, you are rebuilding muscle that you have lost. This can make you tired and sore.
If you want to continue the exercise, make sure you are eating back the calories that you burn. If at the end of the day you feel hungry before bed, this means that you aren't eating enough and need to eat more the next day. Give yourself a rest day or don't exercise for as long of period (like you may not want to go up and down the mountain twice, but just once). Play around with your schedule and see what works best for you.

Muttlover: I concur.. just adding -- make sure you get enough protein to build up your muscle.
Get your iron levels checked, just for good measure. I was severely anemic for years and didn't realize. The iron kicked my butt! Same deal with my sister.
Be kind to yourself. It's only while you're resting that your body builds and repairs tissue.
i agree that if youre questioning yourself you know in your gut somethings not right. ask yourself if this is what you want to do everyday for the rest of your life?the yoga sounds great.if you lose anymore weight your going to start to get too thin.p.s it sounds like it is mostly and emiotonal issue!good luck and take care!
