My name is Lisa and I am getting married in April.  I am 25, 5'5 with a very large frame, weighing 145, which is ideal for my height and build, however, I would love to lose about 5-10 lbs. just to look fantastic for the wedding.  I have tried everything in the book, and I am stuck.  I gain/lose all my weight in my lower body.  I just recently bought my wedding dress, and my measurements are 33-25-40... so when I say my weight is all in the lower body, I am truly not overexaggerating! Help!  I work out 3-5 times a week, rotating treadmill (power walking) and yoga/pilates.  I just need to get over this hump, but I cannot seem to do it.  Anyone have some secrets they want to share?
