well after having a very bad weekend, I have officially lost 6.6 lbs as of today.  I started July 19th this is the first time I've gone 3 weeks eating healthy, and I haven't to a drive thru since I began!!!

How is everone else doing??

congrats on the weight loss :) i've been doing this lifestyle change since april and i've lost 14 pounds :) 5 from this site. congrats, you should be proud of yourself!
Yay! Good for you! I've lost 4 from this site. 
Congratulations!  Way to go!!  I've been on this site since july 13, but I started exercising about 2 weeks before that.  I have lost 11.6 pounds and feeling great!  I haven't been thru a drive thru in a while, longer than I thought I could go. But now I eat healthy almost out of habit instead of thinking about it. It's really werid.  I cheated once last week, was craving a choc dip cone from Dairy Queen, so I had one.  And the strange thing is, I didn't feel that guilyty about it.  Haven't had any cravings for another either.  Good Luck.  Contiune the Great Work!

I started in May and as of today have lost 12 pounds. I am looking forward to getting UNDER the 200 mark *I keep telling myself I am almost there* I have not been strict with myself either, so 12 pounds is pretty good. It is getting easier as I go.
PMS eating today...lol...oh well.  So grapes and sweet potato fries were yum yum, lol.

Doing good overall though.

I joined this site on April 6th, but I have been dieting since March 21st. I have lost a total of 43 lbs.
I joined in mid-july and have lost around 3 lbs just by counting calories alone.  Now, if I get my workouts to be regular, I could really make some progress.   25 more pounds to shed!
